FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS THE USER'S DATA?
- Provision and management of the port pilotage service, including the planning, coordination, organization, and execution of pilotage operations in the port waters covered under the service operating license.
- Management of service-related requests and communications, including the receipt and processing of pilotage orders, coordination of port calls, ship movements, and vessel operations, as well as communication with shipowners, shipping agents, maritime agencies, masters, crews, and any other persons or entities linked to the provision of the service.
- Administrative, tax, and contractual management, including the preparation and handling of quotes, invoices, payments, collections, and all other documentation related to the provision of our services.
- Handling and management of queries, requests, incidents, claims, and general communications, as well as their follow-up and resolution.
- Management of suppliers and external partners, including the selection, hiring, coordination, and monitoring of companies and professionals required for the development of the Corporation's activities.
- Management of professional contacts representing companies, official bodies, port entities, authorities, shipping agents, maritime agencies, shipowners, and other operators related to the Corporation's activity.
- Management of the Corporation's website and communication channels, including responding to inquiries received through contact forms, email, or any other enabled means.
WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING?
We may process the User's personal data based on legitimate interest in relation to the services we provide and the sending of communications.
Where processing relies on consent, we will request explicit acceptance as the legal basis for processing the data. Users may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to info@practicosdepalma.es.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN THE USER'S DATA?
We will retain the User's personal data in our information systems for as long as necessary, for the duration of the customer relationship, and to comply with statutory legal obligations.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE THE USER'S DATA?
The User's data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law, where expressly authorized by the User, and/or where strictly necessary to execute the contract agreed upon to deliver our services.

HOW CAN THE USER EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS?
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, and erasure, as well as request restriction of processing and data portability, by emailing info@practicosdepalma.es.
Specifically under the following circumstances:
- To rectify inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure (right to be forgotten) when, for example, consent has been withdrawn. In such cases, data will be kept solely for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and/or compliance with legal obligations.
